The short version
Every tool on enobil labs (Word Unscrambler, Image Resizer, JSON/YAML Formatter, Checksum Generator, Hex Dump, File Encoding Detector, File Extension Detector, and any tool added later) processes your input entirely inside your browser. Files you upload, text you paste, and results you generate are never sent to our servers or any third party for the purpose of running the tool. There is no backend for these tools to send data to — the JavaScript runs locally on your device, and closing the tab discards everything.
The one part of this site that does involve a third party is advertising, described below. That data flow is separate from, and unrelated to, how the tools themselves work.
Data the tools process
We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or logs the content of files or text you paste into any tool. Detection, formatting, conversion, hashing, and analysis all happen with local JavaScript (e.g. the browser's FileReader API), and results exist only in your browser's memory for that page session.
Advertising & cookies
This site uses (or intends to use) Google AdSense to display ads. Ads are served directly from Google's ad servers to your browser — our infrastructure is not involved in that exchange and does not receive the data described below. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- Serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites
- Measure ad performance (impressions, clicks)
- Limit how often you see the same ad

You'll see a cookie consent banner on your first visit, before any ad personalization cookies are set; this applies to all visitors, not just those in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the consent_status entry from your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
Analytics
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard, aggregate request data (such as IP address and request path) for operating and securing the network, consistent with Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't run separate first-party analytics scripts that track you across visits.
Your choices
- Use your browser's ad-blocking or tracking-protection settings — the tools work identically with or without ads.
- Opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings or optout.aboutads.info.
- Clear cookies for this site at any time to reset any stored consent choice.
Children's privacy
enobil labs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as tools or advertising partners change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
